I am the one who left thoes rude comments about skirts and dress before. I want to deeply apologize. I'm very sorry. I might not agree with you but I shouldnt have been mean. Please forgive me It's no excuse but, I have been having a hard time and was really going though it then. I'm sorry I hope you understand I didn't mean it.
